  1. I have a bike that I haven't ridden in about 18 months and it has been in the garage with flat tires since then. Are the tires themselves likely to have been damaged by sitting in that same flattened position for that long against the garage floor? Nevermind the tubes - they're slime tubes and I hate slime so I'll replace those.
