I bought some of this at the health food store and it just sat there for a while. Then I decided to use it one day when I was in a hurry. It had most of the seasonings I was going to use anyway, plus a few more. Yum!
I made that recipe tonight that was posted here for Gordon Ramsey's potatoes with onions and chicken broth. The Herbamare was the only seasoning I used on them. Heaven!
I am in love with this stuff. Sure makes cooking a lot quicker.

Anyone else use it?
Ever tried Trocomare?
"These herbs are combined with natural sea salt and allowed to "steep" for up to one year before the moisture is removed at low temperature by a special vacuum process, allowing all the good qualities, aroma and taste to be absorbed by the sea salt."

Steeped for 1 year? WTF is that supposed to do?
I haven't tried that one. Haven't seen it at the store. I don't do a lot of cooking with hot peppers unless I'm doing Mexican food and then I either use chili powder or a Mexican blend seasoning, depending on what I'm making.

Trocomare is different than the spicy version of Herbamare. The spiciest thing in Trocomare is horseradish.
