I've always wondered what the "official" way Nike intended for their shoes to be laced. I got a pair yesterday that has 2 staggered sets of holes. Surely they don't mean for you to run the laces through both sets of holes? Or do they?
Also, what about the 2 holes that always seem to be together near the shoe opening?

Nike laces are best when tied together, that way they hang over the electrical wires real nice. Just don't wear those crappie things to run in.

use what works for you - see diagrams below. They may be to adjust width. I haven't seen any Nikes recently and their web page was entirely too slow for me to wait to pull up some photos.
