Hi,
I'm looking for something that will screw into the rear canti hole and allow me to run the disc brake hose (if that makes sense?)
A bit like these:-
chainreactioncycles.com viewproduct.asp Open ↗
But that will screw into the rear hole where the canti pivot points used to be.
Thanks
Daz

Hope make cable guides that fit in those holes in the fork, I suppose they would fit in the rear!;

Don't bother. Just use two zip ties; One around the seat/chainstay and loop the other one underneath, then around the hose... pull tight and cut off excess.
Use as many as you need. Large, med, small, multiple colors... wherever you need them and they're cheap.

Versatile cable guides are found here:

Unless your building the bike to be looked at, do it up zip-tie style.

Damn, you got there before me, though would it not be best to just wrap the hose around the rear seat stay so that it had a good line
