  1. Hi
All Salad lovers .congratulations h4 u .here i give u gift "Feta
    salad" http//www.foodsfun.com
    enjoy it completely.

    Ingredients:

    3 item Gem lettuces, little
    3 item Beef tomato, large
    0.5 item Cucumber, large
    1 item Yellow pepper
    1 item Red onion
    225 g Feta cheese
    50 g Black olives
    4 tbls Olive oil
    2 tbls Lemon juice
    1 tsp Oregano, dried

    Salt and pepper
    Horiatiki

    Serves 6

    1. Chop the tomatoes. Slice the onion. Cut the cucumber in half and
the gem lettuces into quarters. Thickly slice the cucumber and pepper.
Mix together the gem lettuces, tomatoes, cucumber, pepper and red
    onion.
    2. Crumble the feta cheese between your fingers and add it to the
salad, along with the black olives.
    3. Put the oil (extra virgin if possible), lemon juice and oregano in
a screw-top jar and shake well to combine. Drizzle the dressing over
the salad, then season with salt and plenty of black pepper.

TIP You can use Cheddar cheese instead of feta in this salad if you
prefer. And to give the Cheddar a more authentic Greek flavour, you
can marinate it in the oil and lemon dressing for 10 minutes before
tossing all the salad ingredients together.
