Stick'em up, we want your money ! I've already been taxed for this year. I
phoned them : "Why do I have to pay tax for income in the future ? I might
be run over by a buss tomorrow". "It's the law, sir. Changed half a year
ago, blabla". "Your wife and children will have to take care of your problem
if you die".
The government would be stealing from a dead man then :-(

Rode across one of the bigger bits on my bike for a few km back
around Easter. You get to appreciate that it's Real Engineering
and somebody has Thought About It.

The whole Delta Works project has been held up as one of the modern
engineering Wonders of the World, IIRC.
