  1. Texas Coors Red Chili

1-2 pounds cubed or ground beef
    2 cups original Coors
    2 tablespoons paprika
    1 tablespoon onion powder
    1 cube knorr beef boullion,
    4 teaspoons ground cumin
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
    6 tablespoons Mexene chili powder
    1-2 Tbsp Chipotle chili powder
1 10oz. can of Rotel green chileas and tomatoes(extra hot) or mild for
those with a low tolerance for heat.

Briefly sear meat and then add, paprika, onion powder, chipotle chili
pepper, boullion cube, Rotel green chileas and Coors to cover. Simmer,
covered, for 1/2 hour or so. Add cumin, garlic powder, black pepper, and
chili powder. Cook for another 30 minutes or until meat is tender.
Beans, (I have found pintos to be best).
