I learned by myself. I held onto anything I could find. I had to or I
know I would have fallen more than I would have ridden. Yes it did pull
me off center and I did somewhat become dependant on it, but it was the
only way I could do it. It was the fear factor of falling.
I watched every video and read every tutorial on-line I could find.
And, yes, practice, practice, practice.
If there is ever any way to get together with other unicyclists that
would be a good thing.
