  1. I've got the Seattle Marathon tomorrow, but I've been feeling very sluggish these last couple of
days. It's as if my body is using all it's energy to fight off a cold as a lot of people around me
have been or are sick. I don't feel sick just a little tired. But it may be due to nerves, as I
always work up a lot of nervous energy. So wish me luck, my goal is 3:43
(8:30 min miles). I'm pretty confident I can due as long as my body is ready and as long as I can
overcome any self doubts when getting tired during the later miles. I let you guys know how I
    do tomorrow.

    your report!

  3. Good luck... I wanna hear a report....
