I race 12 & 24 hour races and I weight 195 I am looking for a new set. I run Shimano 550 and they are ok. Is there a better rolling wheel set. Don't want to spend a arm and leg for a set. I am looking at Bontager race lites, FSA400 or Neuvation R28. An help would be great.

If I were you, I would look for a set of Mavic Cosmic Carbones. You can find them cheap on eBay and on closeout at a few online stores. They are excellent wheels: excellent aerodynamically, roll well, durable. Over races that long, I'd want wheels that are aero so that I could save all the energy possible, and over that distance, the energy savings from an aero set of wheels would be considerable.
Cosmic Carbones are available as clinchers and tubulars. They're not super light, but that's not even a consideration unless you're doing lots of extendended climbing.
A used set of Carbones would also be good.
