  1. Hi all

    First post !

Well I have just brought a GT Avalanche Expert 2008

Question is do I change the pedals for 'normal' ones or go clipless. I am not sure where to start 😕

Is there a cheap option with clipless ie attaching the clamp to a normal trainer or would I have to buy a clipless shoe if that makes sense.

If I need to buy a new shoe would appreciate any advice reference make / model / and cost

Cycling to work and for fitness about 12 miles plus per day

    Many thanks

    Tiggy

  2. Once you go clipless you'll never go back. Search this forum for that topic, there is a ton of good information already distilled down for you on this subject. Enjoy!
