  1. Anybody know what his plans are? Looks a bit up in the air on his site....

    He's quit FDJ and no mention if he's on another team or retired.....

    He wants to ride for the new aussie ProTour team which hopes to get ProTour by 09 (he is an investor)...... he will be riding or Slipstream in 08............. to think he once got 8th clean in the Giro when blood doping and EPO were at its height........ what could have been ?

    only one long tt, and in that tt, he was only 20 seconds about, behind Honchar.

    Honchar was riding GC, and at his "climbing weight" atm though. Unlike in the Tour, when he obviously had come in at chrono weight with training knowing Ullrich, Kloden and the rest were GC and mtn lieutenants.

    Or maybe he was using the Hamilton/Vinokourov doping that let's you win TT's but dosn't help on the climbs.
