Okay, so, I lost 50 lbs. following Atkins and was very pleased. I became discouraged when I hit a major stall and then became bummed because I didn't think I looked any better naked now than I did with all the fat filling up the flabby skin. 🙂 Anyway, I've decided, now that my pants are tight, to go back whole hog (so to speak) to the way of life that made me feel the best. My biggest complaint about this way of eating is that I had to cook alot more. I can cook but time is at a premium around here with kids and their sports, work, etc. I would love to hear from others as to how to stay on course with quick meal ideas. Thanks in advance!

Leigh - did you get the numbers wrong but I read started at 220 and you are at 160 with your goal of 190?
Stalls are temporary. Temporary has no time line, stick with it.

I would cook enough for several days since my time is also often limited. Then lunch time I would grab a few already cooked chicken legs and some low-carb side such as already sliced mushrooms or cucumber. Or grab those legs and heat up some canned low carb veggies. There are planty of ways to save time cooking.
