I've spent countless hours looking for bar pads, none of the local shops have them and I can't find any online... 🙁 anyone know of some online stores which carry them?

You mean like the ones found on BMX bikes?A quick google search yielded this, danscomp.comproducts.phpOpen ↗. I'm sure there are plenty of others.

no, a little longer (the type some fixie and ss riders have) because it has to fit on a 60cm ish frame
