Today's Friday so I cleaned out the little fridge in my office. These
are the things I brought to work throughout the week to snack on, or
to use to make lunch.
I have about 1cup of fat free plain yogurt, some cucumber, dill
pickles, manchego cheese, a toasted buttered whole wheat bagel,
chopped napa cabbage, romaine lettuce and some tortilla chips.

I have a chicken breast defrosting and I'm vacillating between
marinating the chicken in the yogurt spiced with some of the fabulous
smoked chipotle powder Christine was so generous to share with me, or
using the yogurt to make a cucumber, dill, garlic type sauce to serve
along side a chicken that has been seasoned with salt and pepper
before being baked.
I was also thinking about seasoning up the tortilla chips with the
chipotle powder and coating the marinated chicken with that before
baking.
Other than using the onion and cheese in a salad I'm stumped.
I'd like to use these up. What would you do?
