  1. Could anybody tell me how to adjust a Suntour XCM fork. I know
there's a little dial on top of each tube with + and - arrows, and a
little clear tube with a yellow insert (that dosen't seem to move).
My question is how do I know that the 2 tubes are adjusted evenly?
The Suntour website just tells me how to take them apart.

afaik, the only way to attempt to make sure they're even is to back
both them all the way in or out, and then count the same amount of
rotations on each. i have no idea what kind of job that actually does
    of evening the tension.

pretty janky, but hey it's not like they're on millions of bikes or
    anything...
