  1. mmm.... this is a recipe that that brings alot of sweet memories to my
    soul. its the first meal i've prepared for my bbb... now whenever i
    cook this speghetti i remember my bbb in ireland...... sayang him sooo
    much.
    its a yummy recipe too i hope u like it.

    VICKIMEIKYPOO SEAFOOD RECIPE

    ingredients:

    200 ml of tomato sauce
    200 ml of chilli sauce.
    125 ml of oyster sauce
    200 ml water
    diced tomatoes.
    diced carrots
    diced onions
    red chillies
    generous amounts of finely chopped garlic
    diced crabsticks
    fishballs
    prawn balls
    crab balls
    a can of chilli tuna
    oil
    freshly ground black pepper
    freshly grated cheese
    salt to taste
    half a pack of speghetti

    1) firstly, add tomato, chilli and oyster sauce and water into a bowl.
    stir well to dissolve
    2) next, heat some oil in the pan. fry garlic and onions until
    fragrant, then, add chilli tuna and freshly ground black pepper into
    the pan. fry until it becomes fragrant and lower the heat.
    3) in the meanwhile, boil some lightly salted water in a pot. break
    the speghetti into half and add into the boiling water.
    4) next, pour the mixture in (1) into the garlic and onions. add
    carrots, chillies, tomatoes and all of the seafood into the sauce.
    lower the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes. when the sauce is
    thick and nice, turn off the heat.
    5) after the speghetti is soft and well cooked, remove it from heat
    and sieve it to dry. place it in a clean large casserole dish
    6) serve the speghetti with the sauce and spinkle some freshly grated
    cheese on top.
