  1. I am looking for a source to buy a "braze on" front derailleur hanger. The one on my frame has broken.I intend to mill the area flat and attatch a new hanger with rivets. This is on an aluminum frame. I can't use a clamp on derailleur because this bike has an aero, not round seat tube.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know of anyone who sells braze on fittings. It doesn't look lile it would be too difficult to make your own though. Please use a great deal of caution if you are going to mill and drill into your aluminum frame. I don't know how safe it is but I am certain that there are others who read this forum who are knowledgeable in this area. I personally would not add holes to any of my frames. I think that it would probably be safer to have a new one brazed on.

  3. I also would have it repaired at a bike shop. I'm sure someone somewhere can hook you up.

Go to a Giant Dealer. There are many Braze-on Mounts in their Parts Catalogue and sold as replacement parts for the OCR/TCR Aero range. (I have one here from an 07 OCR3)
