Having worked years ago at a public health department that did
restaurant inspections, I'll add this:

No kidding!!!! With no statistics in mind except my own experience and
faulty memory, I recall the vast majority of very poor or failed
restaurant inspections were given to oriental/asian restaurants. If
anyone is/was interested, those restaurant health inspection reports are
usually a matter of public record. Of course, YMWV (your milage will
vary).
