I found the serial number. How does it indicate the model year?

I forgot to check the numbering scheme last night and don't have access to my bike right now. I might could figure it out if I saw it. What's the SN?

3rd digit is the year, thus in your case "1" means it's a 2001.

As an aside, I'm on my second and third TCRs, and have raced a full season on those Giants. I have to say they are one of the top carbon bikes out there. In fact Giant makes many of the carbon (and AL) frames which get re-branded my other manufacturers. A top notch product line. Enjoy!
