I rode it while in Tallahassee about a year ago. Unfortunately, being sized like an elf, it is
difficult for me to assess some bikes/trikes properly. I found it no more difficult to steer than
any other under-seat steering system. On aspect I found awkward was the incredible weight due to the
trailer portion being constructed on checker-plate steel. It was a bit of a bug to get started and
stopped, even when unloaded. While in motion it has ease of continuous motion (the juggernaut
qualities) of other heavy trikes such as the Roadrunner.

yea Tom, there are still a few out there i haven't owned,like a dragonflyer lowracer! after 60
plus bents i'm slowing down, i've settled down to a favorite pair. Don't own any now, but do
like rans :-)

Wow, that's got to be hard to beat for sheer carrying capacity. I've fantasized about starting an enviro-friendly housepainting business, target marketing my own city neighbourhood. A utility trike like this might be just the ticket. Using non-toxic paints, no motor vehicle. The eco-painter. (feel free to steal this idea, any other flakey pragmatic dreamers out there) I'm pretty sure that properly rigged out, it could even carry big ladders somehow. Human power indeed! I'm in the process of building a clone of this machine (with the help of a friend who has brazing
equipment). We emailed Dan at OE and he couldn't sell us plans, but gave his blessing to copy the
design via photos from his website. It has been a bit of a slog creating many custom small parts and
fittings, but it should be completed in a few days, and then I'll find out how ridable it is! I'll
post complete details at my website when done.
