I didn't think it would be this hard but I need to raise my handlebars but the extension tube is too short now. Does anyone know where I can buy one???? I've tried Ebay and no amount of playing with the words I input produces the item I want.

Sarah, can you post a photo of the stem that you have? I just need to know if it is the older type that fits down into the steerer tube or if it is the current design that clamps onto the steerer tube.

I suspect that the part you want is called a "steerer extender". One manufacturer, Zoom, also uses the trade name "HeadsUp2". -
Zoom, Heads up 2 or 4, black or silver, all good! (I sell them for about $30) 😉
