Ok, Steve, I give up :-) Exactly what makes that stupid picture so important? Just because it happened on January 8th? What's so special about January 8th? Thai Independence Day or something?

January 8, 2004 is the day that shall live in infamy! That is the day that Steve Kramer was arrested by the Royal Thai Police in Chiang Mai, Thailand for meddling in the affairs of a Thai owned and operated business. He was sending abusive faxes to a company at all hours of the day and night until the police investigated the complaint and busted him at his Hillside Condo IV in Chiang Mai. He was released from arrest with the understanding and signed statement that he would not intefere with the Thai business. He did not keep that promise and started playing games with his cell phone. Pickle King notified him to stop or face deporation from Thailand. Needless to say no more problems from Steve Kramer. However, to this day Steve Kramer livesin deep humilation, embrassement and disgrace. You may wish to find more with a search on Google.
