The chorizo stuffed dates wrapped in bacon were to *diet* for! And the
paella: heaven in a pan. Shortbread and cheese straws, fancy coffee, KM
(Kay's margaritas). The DH is in for it now, fer sure. I'll be digging out
the recipes using stuff with more than one syllable.
Chris made me a new stir fry recipe for supper on Friday using pork
tenderloin instead of any ole kind of chop. The tenderloin was da bomb,
    marinated just right.

Wheeee! Looks like a great time. All the food looks delish. The Buffalo
Curry looks really interesting. I want a bite of all the pickled
vegetables too 😉 Looks like you guys really gave Christine's kitchen a
    work out.

    Fear not my dear.
If memory serves me right it is a take on fois gras made with chicken
and ? For the life of me I can't remember what was on top. All I
remember was that it was delicious and I hope Christine posts the
    recipe.
If you like Braunschweiger (sp?) or liverwurst you'd like this.
    Dang, that girl can cook.

Edrean, thanks for filling in the blanks. I thought I took more food
    pictures.

My apologies to anyone who's dish I forgot or didn't photograph. It's
    not because it wasn't appreciated.

Not a liver person, but I've heard tell of "faux gras" made with bad
    things.

Probably chicken livers pureed with butter, cream, and onions and
    baked in a water bath.

And i thought i had a counter top cluttered with utensils!

I have recently scaled back from 5 to 1 container of wooden spoons, and
    1 container of metal implements.

I just don't cook as much as i used to.

Good riding weather huh? Actually, any weather is good riding weather.
I'd rather smell the motorcycle oil but those days are long gone for
us. Have a good ride for us too.
