garlic. The taste is milder and sweeter.

Just exactly that a long time ago - put the milk into the cabinet and
the empty glass in the fridge. At the rate I consume milk, that snafu
didn't go unnoticed too long luckily.

My usual stupid trick is to do a little shopping right before I have to do
something else. Like take daughter to dance class. So I'll rush home and
put away anything that goes in the fridge or freezer. I'll then leave the
bags of canned good, paper good etc. until I get back. Invariably there
will be at least one thing that should have been refrigerated.

One night it was a box of Popsicles. I thought my daughter had put them in
the freezer and she thought I had. The bag that they were in got pushed off
to the side of the dining room so I didn't notice them there until the next
morning. Amazingly, the liquid was contained within the wrappers so no
mess.
