It's so they don't hae to go to all the trouble of turning around when they
get to Brest. Probably a good thing. With that wheelbase it'd have the
turning circle of an incumbent Prime Minister.

ee, I thought the rear hub was on the right. Couldn't see any sterering
    on that end either.

I sometimes ride with Matt Rawnsley, who's hoping to crack
50 hours this year by not sleeping. Go Matt, you lunatic :-)

At last report, Matt passed through TINTENIAC @ 861km (Stage 10 of 16)
    at 22/08 12h14.
His elapsed time is 40:14 at an average speed of 21.4 km/h
He covered the first two stages at an average speed of ~31 km/h
    Impressive stats!

I love the Audax Demon stories, alas not updated in years.

    http://www.audax.demon.co.uk/

With several stories of either not sleeping, or sleeping in some very
    strange places.

Anyone who does that 1900km ride is a lunatic 🙂

Yep. Speaking of impressive, you should see him climb. He's not
particularly light, he rides a cheap 8-speed steel bike, and he leaves
everyone (except Brett Aitken) for dead.
