Sorry, no idea. I just made (another) spinach and feta cheese quiche for
dinner last night; it will also serve as breakfast today 🙂 Feta has a nice
tang to it; maybe that's what he doesn't like.

Is there any reason why you're trying to get him to eat something similar to
this when he's already said he doesn't like it? Let him have his mild
cheese or whatever. Life is too short to worry about cheese 😉

BALONEY!!! Goat cheese has such a vile taste I don't know how you
could equate it to swiss cheese. Meat is meat.............but lamb
doesn't taste anything like a filet. If your partner doesn't like
goat or feta...get over it.

I love feta, but the salt content is out of this world, so it really is not
good for you except in moderate quantities. What is PG?

Not forcing. I see interesting dishes that call for feta or goat
cheese, like your quiche. Guess I could try the old flim-flam and
serve feta but call it aged gouda. Can't call it chevre; she knows
French. Years ago my mom served beef tongue, carefully carving around
all the tonguey things, but had to call it roast beef to assuage a
harumphing dad. He loved that roast beef.

better quit thinking about serving all the vile things. Butter is our
favorite condiment. I suspect excessive quantities of gin and quinine
water have limited our range.

A tad too much? We don't worry about driving under the influence
since we'd have trouble finding the car. Maybe I exaggerate but it has
stultified our taste buds.
