  1. Me again.
So, with my new Torker, i bought a pair of Kris's gloves, as they looked
like a good product, and i really hate scrapes. i bought the large, and
they fit my -hands- just about perfectly. Quite snug and form fitting,
have to work to get them off, even with that handy little clasp at the
    wrist opened.

The problem is that even though i tall (6'2"😉 and have large hands, i am
otherwise very small framed, and have very small wrists. So while the
glove bit fits really well, it's practically impossible for me to get
the wrap around my wrist in anything like a secure & supportive manner.

Anyone else have this problem, and have any suggestions?

I was thinking that i could go get some thick cloth wristbands to pad my
wrist and give them some extra thickness. Anyone ever had to try that?

any input would be greatly appreciated!

    -m

  2. The work fine for me I can get them super tight. I say the wristbands
seem like a good idea you can get them cheap at any sports store just
    about and even shoe stores.

    Edit: dammit

  3. I know exactly what you mean - I'm about the same height as you, also
with long skinny hands. My KH gloves are size "large" to get the
fingers long enough, but they are a bit baggy round the wrist - if I
wrap them up really tightly the splint is almost on the side of my
wrist rather than on the top. I tend to just do them up reasonably
tightly, so they're not really tight round my wrist but secure enough.
They're not as protective as a separate pair of wrist braces, but
they're a good compromise and a lot less faff than wearing separate
gloves and wrist braces together. Lots of people seem to have problems
with the ends of the fingers splitting, which is why I made sure I
bought a size that would be long enough so my fingers aren't pressing
into the end of the glove fingers, but after a year or so they're
wearing very well, no splits yet.

  4. thats weird cause my wrists are quite small and i have the mediums and
they fit really tightly. In fact the size is pretty much perfect for
    me.

Like Rob Northcott, I need the large, and those are still snug.
And by way of illustration, i can wrap my wrist with my thumb and pinkie
finger, and completely cover the nail on my pinkie finger.
If my middle finger were a half inch or so longer, it would completely
wrap my wrist and touch the base of my palm.

    Very skinny wrists.
