  1. I saw on an Manufacturer's website that they were putting a compact FSA Energy crankset on their bikes. Is this crankset available at bike shops as a separate component? It is not mentioned at FSA's website.

    John, Bullltek also has these cranks on there website too. After calling them in December they told me that they would be available until Feb 2004 and updated there website. I also called FSA to get some more info and here is what they could tell me. Available in Feb 2004.
    ISIS or Octalink.
    Sizes - 170 172.5 175 177.5 180.
    Warrantee is 10 ten years.
    They would not give a weight but I suspect it would be about 550 - 575 grams.

    At half the price and only an ounce or 2 heaver than the carbons it's a great deal.
