Apparently it's made by cyclepro, and it's an 8 mm coil combo lock. It's description states that it has a "simple-set combo mechanism that lets you set and reset your own combination."
Well, I've been trying, but I can't figure out how to set or reset the combination, and thus I can't open it. If anyone has one of these and could explain how it works, I'd appreciate it greatly. Thanks in advance!
I've got a lock similar to that one, and it requires that you open the lock first, wich reveals a "switch" that you flip, then you would set the combinitation you want, then flip the "switch" back. Your lock probably requires you to open it as well before you can reset the combo... the point of a combo lock is that you need to know the combination to open it.

Well, oddly enough, I decided to start at 0000 halfheartedly and go through every number until I got it. It ended up being 0001. It's open, but I don't see a switch of any sort, I see the teeth inside moving when I turn the numbers, but no switch.
my cable lock has two buttons that need to be pressed in and rotated slightly so to allow new # to be set. my U-Lock has a metal wire that needs to be inserted before # can be changed! Can you post pics of (tumbler) end of lock??
