The wife picked up some fresh Turbot the other day at the market.
    Never cooked it before..........any suggestions?

Yes, maybe not refer to her as 'the wife' Sort of like "the little
    woman". But maybe just me.

She is the wife....I've only got one. Maybe it IS just you.

    Touche.

There are a lot of those out there. Sort of makes a bit more personal if
    she has a name.

Turbot could be cooked just about any way that cod can. Some people
call it bland, I call it "delicate"

BTW: has anyone eaten cod in Iceland? I wanted to move there just for
the fish. I could have eaten it 3 times a day for life.

No, it's not just her. We can't tell whose wife your talking about, you
know, just as we can't tell by your post if it's you or "the wife" who's
never cooked turbot before -- "Never cooked it before..." See, we can't
tell! It's helpful to humanize her a bit: call her "my wife" for
example, acknowledge that she has a name, etc.

I'll bet she has a name.
