I have no rules for breakfast food any more!

  13. WHITE TRASH BREAKFAST "Death by Gravy"

    INGREDIENTS:
    3 potatoes
    1 onion
    1/2 cup flour
    1lb of Jimmy Dean Sausage
    some milk
    some eggs
some shredded jack or chedder, or government cheese
    some black pepper

    Start by making your gravy

Cook a roll of Jimmy dean sausage with 1/2 of an onion-minced, and
black pepper. When this is done, drain some of the grease and put back
on a medium-low heat. Start to sprinkle in flour a little at a time
while stirring it into the meat. You will sprinkle in about 1/2 cup of
flour. Slowly add milk while stirring. When you're happy with your
    gravies thickness, set it aside.

    Now for the potatoes

Get you another big frying pan and start to melt a 1/2 stick of
butter. Slice up 3 potatoes into thin chip like shapes. Throw them
into your melted butter with the other half of the onion. Fry them up
until they look like a nice brown crispy tater.

    Building the breakfast

Throw you some of them taters on a plate. Cook you some over easy eggs
and throw them on top of those taters. Now take your favorite shredded
or government cheese and toss that on top of them eggs. Now pour you
some gravy all over top of that.

Except for the "government cheese," this recipe is a lot less White

But there are still plenty of choices...

My point was that "breakfast food" is an oxymoron.

I had a pair of artichokes again for "breakfast" yesterday morning.
Those are high in fiber, healthy...

    and delicious.

Food does not have to be "unhealthy" to be delicious,

    but you knew that. ;-)

That's the entire point behind learning to cook.
