You can ride muni with a 20inch just fine. I'd get the nimbus.

Riding a 36 is great fun if you want to go fast over long distances.
OTOH, a muni is also an awesome machine!

Since getting a 29er, and then a 36" I've been through stages of not
riding my bike, and stages of riding it a lot. Having a real b*ke is
still useful sometimes (e.g. if you're in a big hurry, want to ride on
busy roads, or carry lots of baggage), but generally I've found a 36"
quite practical to ride to and from work on.

It's also quite fun taking the 36" offroad 🙂
