Eggs have a high BV. If you can eat them without all the butter (i.e. hardboiled, poached) then they are a lot of protein punch for their cost (fat, calories, etc.).

are fast food hanburgers / french fries really bad for you ? "how" bad ? what about pizza / candy bars?
i understand it is good to eat sugar immediately following practice to counter hypo-glycemia, is a candy bar appropriate here or is it too fatty
i understand olive oil is a better source of fat than other things ?

It is one of the better oils to use. Peanut oil is now also considered good. Omega 3 fat from fish like salmon (another great source of protein) is also very good. Natural peanut butter and almonds as well as other nuts are also good for protein and contain fats that are beneficial, but these are high in calories (I say this as I am currently eating natural peanut butter spread on tortillas---a favorite dinner of mine).
