    Question: Which unicycle?

    - Torker DX20
    - Bedford Light Duty
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------

My cousin wants to buy a unicycle thats pretty strong and wants to do
flatland and some trials. So he wants 20". He weighs about 160 lbs.
And he wants something under $300 with tax. So if someone has
something strong or has a recommendations.

He would buy someones unicycle if you want to sell.

    Thanks,

    Isaac

  3. What does he want to do w/ it? If trials and/or street, then he needs
something splined and between those two it would have to be the DX.

But I vote for a LX, learn skills and tricks that aren't hard on parts,
save his money and get a really good uni. Or go over his limit a bit
    and get a Qu-Ax yellow hub. $323 @ justonewheel.com

Ride everywhere and never just ride anywhere. If you can ride where you
are going within a hour, do it, and if you can do a trick 50-75% of the
time do it along the way.

for most people that would have been enough

that means somewhat strong. and not something you do decent sized
drops on. and if he wants to do drops then don't get the bedford light
duty. because it is exactly that... light duty.

But we don't sell bedfords here unless they are shipped. Even then,
    they are expensive. 😄

He does have a real uni. By comparison, the DX owns the Beford light.
Some may say the frame is better, but how many 07 have broke on DX
    now?

Bedford is great though, but the name doesnt make the uni, the quality
    of parts do.

  14. I keep looking at this title and I keep thinking you mean that you don't
    know which cousin.

    Sorry.

Probably my most useless post ever. But I'm feeling reckless, so I
