No pain. Slight pain in right foot from hiking across steep snow slope
with crampons on.
calves still have doms. shins are not sensitive even after run. im
prolly pushing my luck so will not run if i feel any kind of leg
fatigue. will do a hike tomorrow if i get up. still depressed. life is
basically over. ran a little slower than normal. a horse snuck up on
me because of my head phones. scared the [censored] out of me.
