I had the usual...... Muffets with banana, brown sugar and while milk, and
a latte.
I don't need that article to scare me away from grapefruit. I cannot
tolerate citrus fruits. The last time I had grapefruit was probably 20
years ago, and I was so bad the next day that I had to go home from work.
It's a crying shame because I used to love grapefruit and oranges. It took
me a long time to connect those things with constant intestinal cramps.

Am still thinking about breakfast. (Its 9.54am here, just in case you
wanted to know).
Toast and eggs sound good to me. Don't really like grapefruit juice, but
orange juice will do just fine.

Uh...delicious, but I've only had it homemade. I'll see if I can dredge up
the recipe. But basically, you stick the berries and some liquid into the
blender, hit it, strain it, and add back into regular lemonade.

People are allowed to eat ordinary breakfasts. Personally, breakfast
bores me.... especially when it involves some $10-20 lb. bacon I've
never heard of and wouldn't buy even if I had.

Having compared English Cheddar to Vermont Cheddar side by side, I'll take
the English hands down. Much more subtle taste. The Vermont cheddar had a
distinctly disagreeable aftertaste.
