My coworker gifted me with a plethora of bing cherries. There is no way
we can consume this volume in a short time. Can I pit and freeze them
for a future cobbler?

BTW, color me Envy Green! Though I just paid $1.88/lb for jumbo bings.
Man, they've been gorgeous and good this year! So good that I've even
paid the $4/lb for them a couple times.--
