  2. Breakfast burrito; multi-grain tortilla (Mission brand), stuffed with
EggBeaters, diced Goya Chorizo (spanish style), red pepper, onion and
shredded "mexican blend" cheese. Topped with salsa and a dollop of
reduced-fat sour cream. Pot of Eight O'Clock brand 100% Colombian, freshly
ground in a vintage KA A-9 coffee mill and brewed in a Bodum Santos vacuum
    pot.

    mmm, mmm, good.

Is there any other way to brew breakfast coffee?

Breakfast for me was vacuum pot brewed coffee and a good long stare out the
    kitchen window.

I've been up for 6 hours and am starting to get hungry. I'm thinking of a
pulled pork sandwich. It's still a little early to eat, but I didn't eat
much at all yesterday and thus, I'm hungry. If I feel so inclined, I may
saute up some mushrooms and onions to go on top of my sandwich. Sounds kind
    of tasty to me.

It's never too early to eat. That goes double for leftovers, triple
    if it's BBQ or pizza.

OK; Andy, here's the lunch I'm having for US ;-)

    - Iceberg with multi-colored match-stick sized veggie salad - light ranch -
    pepitas for crunch
    - Philly cheese steak; Trader Joe's shaved beef steak, sauted with green
pepper and onion strips, provolone cheese on whole-wheat baguette (scooped
out to more easily hold the meat/veg/cheese filling).
    - Green beans, cooked tender-crisp, not soggy, w/spray Parkay and salt-free
    lemon-pepper
    - fresh-made (unsweet) iced tea

Gotta dice those peppers and onions. Can't be biting into a Philly
cheesesteak and dragging more than a mouthful. Well, I don't recommend it.
Gotta get that grease cleanly in your mouth. We're not talkin' sghetti here,
    remember!

I just eat whatever is in the 'frige... if I want it, or check the
freezer if I want something different.

We do actually have eggs for breakfast sometimes, but sometimes we'll
make egg dishes for dinner too.
