An anonymous commenter informed me that the Food Network's Advertising Sales
Web page does NOT list Semi-Homemade with Sandra Lee as a "returning series."

Could Aunt Sandy be cancelled? Has her tub of Cool Whip finally been scraped
    dry?!?!

What's funny is that Sandy's pic is up on the top of the site...

  2. "Other Dayparts" This lists all the different segments of the day, and I don't see Semi-Ho
    anywhere on the list.

    seconds?

If this woman actually DOES use Cool Whip, I hope she gets brutally
raped and killed slowly on her way home from her last day of work. I
hope the killer videotapes it. It'd have to be better than TFN.

Sigh. It was awful. She made Bobby Trendy's, er, Flay's, famous fancy
restaurant FLANK STEAK. And she made a point about how flank steak is
inedible, and you have to marinate it for ONE TO EIGHT HOURS.

She also outed her nephew Brycer.

And she made some horrible Bobby sangria, substituting sugar free lemon
lime drink for schnaps or something.

    It was a horror show.

Hard as that is to imagine.

I have far more respect for Trendy.

Folks on this very newsgroup who post recipes with Velveeta, condensed
mushroom soup, Durkee fried onions, etc. as ingredients.

exactly where FN doesn't give a [censored] if you pull a weak rating. It's a
    desert.
Just ask all the "Next FN Star" winners......

Did you see the other [censored] lined up for this next season?

    I found this one interesting:

    Zane's World
    Premiering Series

Food lover and comedian Zane Lamprey is on a mission
to prove that the way to the world's heart is through
its stomach. He's traveling the globe to celebrate
one thing that people everywhere do - eat! And as a
funny, fish out of water, Zane tries to broaden his
American sensibilities as he encounters a world of
strange foods and customs. Whether he's eating an entire
Moroccan meal with his fingers or learning not to
look directly at a Korean elder during dinner, Zane
will engage in local etiquette and traditions, or
even sing and dance, with often hilarious results.
In fact, Zane will eat or try almost anything to learn
about people and their culture through food.

OK, it looks like a discount Tony Bourdain show, but check out his
    IMDB entry: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm1768678/

NB: This guy hosted "Girls Gone Wild" but more importantly, a show called
"Three Sheets..." in which he travels around the world engaging in local
drinking customs and traditions (ie., drinking games). I wonder if SLop
    ever made an appearance?

Since SLop's big mug is staring at us from the top of the page, I can't
help but think it's not a complete list. Glad to see Dan & Steve coming
back though. Ugh, so is Skeletor.

Oh wait, after I typed the above, I looked at the top of the page and
clicked on 'Other Dayparts'. No SLop, no Guy, but yet they list 'Sara's
    Secrets' as a returning show.
