Made your flank steak marinated in pineapple juice, soy sauce, etc. last
night, and it was a huge hit! I marinated it for 20 hours, then grilled to
med. rare. Delicious! I'll use the leftovers in a steak salad tonight.

Here you go:
3/4 cup pineapple juice (one of those little cans that comes in 6 packs)
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 1/4 teaspoons ground ginger (fresh!!! ginger)
1 clove minced garlic (I use a lot more)
Score a flank steak across the grain and season with salt and pepper.
Marinate for a minimum of four hours. Grill or broil 5 - 6 minutes
each side to desired doneness.

You know, Nancy, I make something very similar, but I add a touch of sesame
oil to it as well. It adds a nice touch.
