    Hawaiian Wedding Cake

    Hawaiian Wedding Cake

    2 cup flour
    2 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 cup coconut
    1 cup chopped nuts
    1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple with
    juice

    Beat together well with mixer. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in
    greased 9 x 13 inch pan.

    --Topping:--
    1/4 lb. margarine
    1 1/2 cup 10x sugar
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 tsp. vanilla

    Beat together well. Spread on cold cake.

    Hawaiian Wedding Cake

    1 white cake mix
    2 sm. instant vanilla pudding mix
    2 cans well drained, crushed pineapple
    1 lg. Cool Whip (2 sm.)
    Coconut
    Cherries, chopped

    Prepare and bake cake mix according to directions using a 10 x 15 inch
    greased jelly roll pan. Cool completely. Prepare vanilla pudding mix and
    spread on top of cake. Add well drained pineapple spread on top of pudding
    and follow with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with coconut and (or) cherries if
    desired. Refrigerate until firm.
