Has anyone here know the whereabouts of Steve Kramer? He use to post
some interesting Asian recipes from Japan. Last I heard he left Japan
after many years to open a noodle stand franchise in Thailand under
the name of Banzai One.
Just curious

I hope he makes it. Noodle shops in Thailand are like Starbucks here.
They're everywhere.

He sure never mentioned opening a noodle shop in Chiang Mai to me (he's sent
me a couple of things from Thailand over the years).

Given that he and Nobuko have been there for years and years, I'd say
they're making it just fine.
