  1. Got the yogurtmaker out.
    Tried this recipe:

    Rosemary yogurt
    4 fresh rosemary sprigs
    1 liter milk
    1 plain yogurt
    8 tsp sugar.

Boil the milk with the rosemary. Let cool, stirring sometimes. Strain
the milk. Whisk the yogurt, add yogurt and sugar to milk, stir well.
Pour into the yogurtmaker containers, set the yogurtmaker on. When
yogurts have cooled, put in the fridge. Wait a few hours at least
    before eating.

Mmmm, they were *good*! The kids loved them. Next time I'll try the
lavender yogurts (same recipe, 10 tsp sugar instead of 8). And then
with thyme. Maybe basil later. Endless possibilities there....

This sounds interesting, and I am glad the kids liked it.

In the dining room on a cruise, they offered Rosemary Ice Cream for
dessert, but I did not try it, I went straight for the chocolate.
    Chocolate always wins.

That does sound good. I think I'd like it with tarragon, mint, or
    fennel/anise, too.

I dunno. I like rosemary.... but can't imagine it mixed in with my
breakfast yogurt. In any case, I DON'T like lavender. Mixed into
yogurt sounds especially noxious to me.
