  1. Hello,
I am a swimmer, and like most swimmmers are trying to get faster. I
have championships coming up and want to improve my times there. To
make them better. So I was wondering whether anyone had any tips on
how to do that. My goal is to just improve my times and stroke. All
four strokes, I am pretty good on freestyle and backstroke, but I need
some help on Breaststroke and Butterfly especially. Can anyone help me?

Ask your coach, not here. If you team just practices and doesn't spend
time working on your technique (many teams seem to do just that,
    unfortunately, then get some lessons.

  3. Without even looking at your stroke? What do you feel are the weak
parts of each stroke? How have you been addressing those weaknesses?
    What does your coach say?

Thank you for your help. I will ask my coach today at practice. I
don't exactly not look at my stroke, we have an underwater camra, and
my father officates so he can tell me some advice also. I try to
address my weaknesses, but it is hard, because you are trying to do
different things at once when you are swimming.
