Does anyone know any web resources on Breaststroke that they would recommend as being good. For someone who doesn't really know the stroke.
I notice that the "blue rinse" set use Breaststroke, but I find I move very slowly and get tired, forcing me to revert to Front Crawl.
Since I swim frequently in a lake with extremely poor visibility, head- up BS would be a useful skill.

Stay away from breast stroke. It destroys the knees in the long term - it should carry a health warning. In the short term it is inefficient (look at all the records and your local pool), it uses up 3 body widths in the pool, and only people who can't swim properly use it.
