I'm a 19yo guy who simply got tired of being really out of shape. I
decided to do something about it by going to the gym with some
friends
who are outstanding athletes, and fitness has become an absolute
passion of mine. I decided to start a blog--mostly as a way of
following my own progress and writing down all my brilliant
thoughts 😉
and I thought some of you might be interested in reading it. So far,
I've targeted it more toward newer folks, but I expect the content to
get more in-depth and helpful for a wide range of people as I
progress
