And AG2r team manager Vincent Lavenu has called for him to be kicked
    out of the race.

"He (Rasmussen) should be kicked out of the race by organisers,
    whatever the cost," said Lavenu.

"He is a disgrace to the sport. When Francisco Mancebo was involved in
Operation Puerto (a blood-doping episode that surfaced in Spain in May
2006) I sacked him without legal grounds and it cost me 15 per cent of
    my budget.

"That is about one million euros."

And the stupid MF is PROUD of the fact that he "sacked him without
    legal grounds".
The MF is lucky that he's in Europe or he'd be writing a whole lot
    bigger check.
The reaction makes doping look like a joke. When does Guantanamo
    Europe open for accused cyclists?

Theo DeRooy probably wishes he'd done that then instead of now...

So a competing team manager is calling for a leading competitor to be dismissed
for having not quite commited an offense. Just a big bundle of class these guys.

Welcome to the insanity of zero tolerance. (Which would otherwise be called by
the existing word "intolerance" but the people who advocate "zero tolerance"
have declared "intolerance" to be a bad thing so they had to invent a new word
meaning the same thing, but in a good way, even if it's a thing that they would
otherwise consider bad. Thereby making it possible to have zero tolerance for
intolerance or anything else of which they are intolerant).
