I forgot how much I liked these, because I can hardly ever find them in the store. Johnsonville Irish O'Garlic brats. Cooked on the grill and served with some kind of crunchy roll, toasted. Side of mixed olives and green bean salad.

I had something similar grilled smokies served on crusty grill toasted buns with kraut as a condiment. That is my favorite summer, hell anytime meal.

I don't know about Irish O'Garlic brats but I love grilled Johnsonville beer brats! Gonna have to pick some up the next time I go to the grocery store. Yep, served in a crunchy toasted roll, most likely a "french" roll.

The Johnsonville Hot & Spicy are great, especially cooked over a hickory fire.
