I ran across her name in an article about the arrest of spammer in my
daily newspaper. Here is the info from her from an Associated Press
article.

Anne Mitchell, who runs the anti-spam consultancy Institute for Spam
and Internet Public Policy, said that individual user who happens to
be on Soloway's list might see a big drop, but the collective effect
is negligible.
"it's not that different from the mafia," she said. Many times the
feds grab a high-ranking don but the mafia doesn't go away. Someone's
going to step up and fill the void.
